If you expressly opt in, Instant Offer Group may send recurring SMS or MMS messages concerning off-market property opportunities, buyer-network updates, transaction communications, and responses to your inquiries. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are never shared, sold, rented, released, transferred, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including transaction records, compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business operations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the message instructions and from SMS by replying STOP.
